Fall is probably my favorite time of year. The weather here is wonderful, the trees are gorgeous, and there are so many fun things to do. It is a great time of year for family fun.
I don’t know about you, but I often find myself thinking about all of the fun things I meant to do with my family once fall comes to an end. Life just gets so busy and we just forget.
To help all of us out, I created a fall bucket list for families. There’s even a free printable so that you can have your own copy.
Fall Bucket List for Families
Here are a few ideas. This list in no way includes all of the possible fun fall activities, but it’s a good start. I hope you find something fun to do with your family this fall!
- Play in the leaves
- Pick pumpkins
- Go on a hayride
- Drink hot apple cider
- Watch football
- Carve jack-o-lanterns
- Walk through a corn maze
- Build a scarecrow
- Pick apples
- Roast pumpkin seeds
- Decorate the house
- Go on a nature walk
- Make crafts with acorns and leaves
If you would like your own copy of this list, I made a free printable to share.

We love to do these things in the fall! We also like a good hay ride.
A hayride is one of our favorites too!
