We are now officially in winter and spring still feels so far away. You see, I have a love/hate relationship with winter. I love snowmen, the beauty of freshly fallen snow, and the whole idea of winter. It’s the bitter cold and the short, dreary days that I don’t like.

To get through those dreary winter days, I light some candles and drink hot chocolate. Lots of hot chocolate.

Hot chocolate doesn’t have to always be the same old instant mix. If you’d like to try something a little different, check out one of these unique and delicious hot chocolate recipes.

Well, yum and thank you. We love hot chocolate and even though it has been super cold we haven’t had it for a while. The slow cooker ideas are great–I’ve never done that before.
